Yes, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online portal to receive a refund or store credit.
When will my box be shipped?
Subscription boxes are processed on the 15th of every month. Once processed, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
