Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
